  • We do not retouch, color correct or resize your image unless you specifically request us to do so. At your request we will includes minor adjustments such as cropping, zoom and color & contrast adjustment.
  • Additional adjustments such as color match, special layouts, or image manipulation requiring Photoshop is billed at $1.00/minute.  Color matching requires a proof print.
  • We generally print at a minimum resolution of 166ppi (pixels/inch) at the size the image. Don’t get confused with printer resolution which is measured in dpi (dots/inch). Our Epson printers print from 720 to 2,880 dpi. Pixels do not equal dpi. ppi is a “digital” measurement. When talking about dpi, each dot produces a single color while each ppi renders 4 or more dots.
  • Smooth papers such as photographic paper require high resolution files to produce great results while papers that are more textured such as canvas and watercolor will print well at lower resolutions.
